About 69bet Answered in Detail

Every week, a portion of your net losses is automatically returned to your account — that's the cashback. The rate depends on which VIP level you are on. For example, Bronze level gets up to 0.2% and Diamond level gets up to 1.2% cashback. Cashback is usually added at the start of each week and is a reward for keeping your play consistent.

69bet has five VIP levels in total. Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.7%; Platinum — up to 1.0%; and Diamond — up to 1.2%. The higher the level, the more weekly cashback you earn — so staying active regularly is the best way to increase your benefits.

The more regularly you play and the more your overall betting activity grows, the faster you will reach the next VIP level. Starting from Bronze and moving through Silver, Gold, Platinum and finally Diamond — consistent and active participation is the most important factor for reaching each level. Contact the 69bet support team to find out about specific targets.

On top of the weekly cashback, higher VIP members get priority access to special promotions, dedicated support, and exclusive offers. Diamond level members enjoy the full range of 69bet's premium experience. To learn more about VIP benefits, speak to our support team via live chat.

Yes, if you are inactive for a long period or your activity drops significantly, your level may change. So it is recommended to stay active on 69bet regularly to hold on to the benefits you have earned. Contact support directly to find out the specific conditions for level re-evaluation.

Choosing a strong password is important — typically at least eight characters, with a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special symbols. It is better not to use anything easily guessable as a username. To keep your account secure, do not share your password with anyone and change it regularly.

Teen Patti is a popular card game from South Asia — each player gets three cards and the one with the strongest hand wins. Andar Bahar is a straightforward game — you guess whether a card matching the middle card will appear on the "Andar" (inner deck) or "Bahar" (outer deck) side first. Both games are well familiar to Bangladeshi players in 69bet's live casino.

Yes, live dealer games are broadcast from real studios. A trained dealer works with real cards and a table, and this is streamed in high definition directly to your screen. You can also interact with the dealer through chat. World-class providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi supply live games on 69bet.

In roulette, a spinning wheel has numbers 1 to 36 and a zero. The dealer releases a ball — wherever the ball lands is the result. You can bet on a specific number, a range of numbers, red or black, or odd or even. Betting on a specific number pays more, but betting on a colour or odd/even is comparatively safer.

In Baccarat, "Player" and "Banker" are two hands — you can bet on either one or on a tie. Try not to be confused by the names — betting on "Player" does not mean you are playing yourself; it is simply one of the options. The hand whose card total is closest to 9 wins. A small commission is deducted when "Banker" wins.

Yes, but a 4G or Wi-Fi connection is needed for a good experience because the live video stream uses more data. 69bet's live casino is optimised for mobile screens — buttons and chip placement are easy to use on a touch screen. 69bet does not charge any processing fee on deposits itself.
