1 Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use 69bet's services, you must meet the following conditions:

- Operating an account on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is prohibited.
2 Account Registration & Verification
2.1 Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration, you must provide complete, up-to-date, and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
2.2 Account Security

2.3 KYC Verification
Prior to withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount, 69bet may ask you to provide documents to confirm your identity. Failure to cooperate with this process may delay transactions.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
69bet currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
3.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳18,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
- A bonus may be automatically cancelled if a specified expiry period passes.
- 69bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if multiple accounts or fraud are suspected.

5 Betting Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. 69bet reserves the right to cancel any bet accidentally processed due to a technical error.
5.2 Sports Betting Rules
For sports betting, winners will be determined only after the official announcement of the event result. In the event of any dispute, 69bet's decision will be considered final.
5.3 Casino Game Rules
All casino games are operated by fair and transparent algorithms. The specific rules for each game can be found in the game's interface.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or event. 69bet reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

- Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or gameplay.
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

- Harassing or misconduct toward other members.
- Playing games through automated bots or software.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

69bet may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false information or concealing identity.
